Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst
For the GSA i ensured ongoing contract adherence by monitoring both contractor compliance and by tracking Federal Acquisition Regulations changes to update contract terms as needed. In that effort I crafted a contract Compliance Dashboard to monitor compliance issues on multiple contractual requirements.
This effort also compared pre-award scoring to post-award contractor performance via a Source Selection Dashboard.
Database Programmer
GSA - I designed, implemented, maintained, and enhanced the Alliant and Alliant 2 ConStat Databases to track and enforce prime contractor performance, participation, and contract compliance.
On a daily basis I performed data capture and reporting requirements analysis for the GSA’s Alliant 2 $90B+ GWAC. To support this effort I created a semi-automated set of 1,200+ Google Forms to streamline bid data collection, log awarded contracts, and record protests.
T3W Business Solutions – I performed the initial design and data capture for a large-scale database encapsulating all pertinent Federal Regulations, International Maritime Regulations, and other guidance documents used by the U.S. Coast Guard.
Compliance Monitoring
VMSI, Inc. – As a freelance contract reviewed and documented contractor compliance with SBA-mandated usage of socio-economic set aside small businesses firms on VA projects.
Proposal Preparation
Aviation Related Efforts - As a contractor with GSE, Inc. I have worked with teams from Lockheed, Northrop Grumman, Martin Aviation, SAIC, and other leading-edge aviation/aerospace firms on proposals and contract planning documents
